With Dental Blue® there are no in-network requirements or restrictions, which means that you get to choose the licensed dentist that you want to see.

There is no waiting period for preventive services, allowing members to easily schedule covered check-ups and cleanings twice per benefit period.

Members pay a $75 annual deductible and 50 percent coinsurance for basic, such as a routine filling, and major services including crowns & bridges.

There is an annual maximum of $1,000 on all services (preventive, basic & major)
